Hi, I’m Alexa Hyzdu, LAC
Licensed Therapist
I'm here to be a safe space for you to navigate life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, low self-esteem, or the emotional wounds that weigh heavily on your heart.
Years of working in residential inpatient treatment gave me a unique opportunity to see people from all walks of life and support them through their struggles to breakthroughs.
I’ve also faced my own traumas, heartbreaks, and challenges, so I understand the depths of despair and the soul-shattering they bring. But I also know how empowering it is to come out the other side stronger.
That’s what drives my passion for supporting teens, young adults, athletes, and those in or impacted by the church. Walking alongside you on your journey is a privilege I cherish and never take for granted.
In-person in Mesa; virtually anywhere in Arizona
